River Coalition   

     Linda joined the organization in November 2008.  She has experience as a development consultant working with various youth programs and Community Health and Counseling Services in Bangor, a former school board member, and a tribal administrator with the Maliseet Tribe in Houlton.  Linda is a resident of Benedicta, Maine, which is a small farming community just north of Millinocket. 

In keeping with the requirements of a Drug-Free Communities Coalition, the RC Board of Directors contains representation from many different sectors of our community.  Sectors requiring representation include school, municipal, public safety, education, medical/health, faith-based/fraternal, parents, students, community members, and other youth serving non-profits.  In addition to the required sectors, the RC Board seeks representation from each of the six communities we serve.  Current list ofBoard of Directors.
